When Dreams Collide: in the beginning

This installation references the static patriarchal structures said to have their origin in the Judea-Christian “story" of Adam and Eve, the first woman created from a rib of the first man in the Garden of Eden. Ironically, within the grounds of open air studio Shinnecock Hills, eastern garter snakes appeared, and flourish as have apple trees grown from seeds dropped by birds, squirrels.
